if I want to open a PDF file in Smart notebook than reporting it: some notebooks can not convert data files.
converter for old notebook file failed. and then.
the file can not be opened.
if this file is a afkomsit resent version of Notebook software, try the file to save as version 9 document.
but I do not know how that should help me
