The activated smart notebook 14 software installed on the machine states that the license expires in 11 days. I wanted to reactivate it with the key I received from you, but it says it is invalid. What can I do?

It seems like there might be an issue with the activation key. You should contact the support team or customer service of the program "SMART Notebook Software" to resolve the issue. They will be able to assist you in reactivating your software license.
I was told by former importers "Stelje" that the software license lasts the life of the board. But the product key they gave me shows as "not valid" when I downloaded it onto a new computer today. Please advise how I keep our board working.

When the developers mention the license will last as long as the board is working, they actually referred to the motherboard. If you change the installation ID, the license will appear as Not Valid since it's already activated on the previous motherboard. You would have to change your HWID to match the one on the previous PC and then replace it on your new PC and install the software.
We have an older model Smartboard and I am trying to download Notebook software on a new computer. I am unable to find a place to do this. I need version 11.1. Any help would be appreciated.

You can download the application from the application's page at Software Informer. Click on the big green download button and choose a version you see fit from the list on the page. Wait a few seconds and the download should start automatically.
After you save the installation package on your PC, right click it and choose Run as Administrator especially if you are on a higher version of Windows XP.
Note: For some packages, it's mandatory to have an active Internet connection because files will be downloaded from the Internet servers.
Just downloaded the trial version and it asks for key now. Where is the trial?

You can obtain a 90 day trial using the link posted below. Once the trial period is over, the software will ask you for a key to enable the full version. If you want another trial session, use Revo Uninstaller. The software will delete every registry and file that belongs to this application. Re-download the trial and install if after the computer booted and that's it.
Got a message that the code may not be compatible with the level of OS X. Used key I'm sure is correct.

I am afraid that many of the features are not supported on the free version of the updated software. I can advise you to find a friend or student who has a device with the latest full-fledged paid version of the OS and try it out.
I tried to delete Notebook 17 from the trash, too, but when I try to download the Notebook 11, it says that there already is a Notebook software on my laptop.

Yes, you can install SMART Notebook software on a Mac. Simply visit the official SMART website and download the Mac version of the software.
